Thank you so much Louland falls! We had our wedding 08.24.24. Amy and her team is amazing. Amy was so kind and great throughout the whole process. My wedding had some crazy wind and they were GREAT at moving all the decor into the inside area and moving things out later after the weather was better. All of our guests thought this was one of the most stunning venues they have ever been too!! My only tiny complaint is that we were promised our food would be boxed up for us when we went home and that did not happen. Probably a small look over but worth being brought up. Also the tv did not work or the AC in the grooms room and was a complaint for them as it was hot and a let down there was no tv time while they waited! The massage chairs were amazing for the groom/ party. It was overall an amazing day and we do not regret booking with louland!! Price is great for what you get! The process was easy too. The caterer is also very good and the open houses are worth it. ❤️❤️

5.0 I don't even know where to start with this review because there is so many amazing things to say. Louland Falls and their staff is by far the best venue I could have ever encountered let alone be blessed with for my big day. Everything from the preparation for the wedding up to the day itself was absolutely perfect. Mark and his team are talented people who know how to make a wedding a stunning one. Also their catering service is outstanding!! My husband still keeps talking about the pasta and meatballs that were served at our wedding and those are all homemade recipes by the owner! Every bit of detail Mark and his team puts into this venue are truly remarkable. Alongside this Amy was our wedding coordinator and she is very dear to our hearts. Every meeting and discussion you can tell was with genuine care and love. We couldn't me more happy! Even now getting our wedding album back, I can't stop thinking about how amazing the day was and it was all possible because of Louland Falls! If you get the opportunity to get married here, I promise it is worth it!! We are so thankful Mark and Amy!

5.0 Where to begin? Louland views are amazing! Waterfalls and foliage on point! Amy is a rock star. Wedding are stressful, but she does everything she can to take the stress out. She handled details we didn't even think of AnD we had a lot of spreadsheets laying out derails. She greeted vendors and showed them where to go. Im still in awe of how systematic yet personalized our event was. She packed up to go containers of food and cake for bride and groom and made sure it was loaded into their drivers car. Food was amazing and the caterer arranges food tastings early in the year to come try out menus were considering.

Louland Falls was perfect! The venue changed ownership after we booked it and before our wedding which made us a little nervous...but it only got better! Mark and his team have made amazing updates and were the best to work with! The venue is picture perfect!

5.0 Having our wedding at Louland was the best decision we made for our special day. The location was gorgeous, the price very reasonable for what you get (rental of the venue, tables, linens, set up/break down, on-site coordinator all included in the base price). But the best thing about Louland is the staff. They were simultaneously professional and personable. Mark took his time with us showing us the venue and explaining all the details before we committed, and Amy eased us through the rest of the process from planning to execution. She made the day go off without a hitch, was responsive and supportive and just a blast to work with. All other staff was helpful and friendly too, we couldn't have asked for a better crew! Would recommend to anyone looking for all the magic on their wedding day. (Not to mention the food tastings throughout the winter were fun and helpful!)

We had the most enchanting wedding reception at Louland Falls! The setting: stunning! The food: truly exceptional! Our Bride and Groom were looking for an indoor /outdoor fresh air kind of place and this was perfect. The food was such a big hit with everyone! I couldn't have been more pleased. It was so amazing to dance under the stars next to the dramatic water fall and red cliffs. We had all ages attending and all enjoyed the venue. Little kids loved running in the grassy area and exploring the paths that wind up around the falls and stream. The millennial crowd and older crowd all enjoyed the romantic, dramatic setting. The staff was very easy and amazing to work with and took care of our every need--super polite, helpful and professional. We had some unusual requests and they were very willing to accommodate our fun plans. Not many places are so flexible. What a great memory!

Excellent location, interesting for guests to walk as they wait for photographs to complete, professional people who know what they are doing. Day of, 1 hour prior to wedding we realized that I forgot to order cloth napkins for dinner. They used their connections and got them there on time to set the tables! Amazing experience, perfect day, owe a lot of that to them!! HIGHLY recommend!!

We just came to Louland Falls for a tour of the venue for our wedding. We met with Mark, who is the owner, and is a fantastic person to work with. He made us feel so good about working with him, and all that his staff would do for us. He is also the executive chef for their catering company, which is all made by their staff, and they don’t use any frozen foods. Their catering sounds like very gourmet food, and they have a lot to choose from. The venue is beautiful and has a great outdoor/mountainous feel, which is exactly what we’re looking for, and the price is reasonable. I think we’ll end up renting the venue for our wedding. We lucked out because they are usually booked out for a year to a year and a half, but they happen to have a cancellation right when we wanted to get married.

BOOK HERE ASAP! They are amazing, they book so fast because the venue is breathtakingly gorgeous and Mark is an amazing chef and made us the best pasta dinner! I cannot even begin to talk about the amazing coordinator Amy who went above and beyond and made our wedding just perfect. Amy is so helpful and is the nicest person and for someone who stresses out, she helped me beyond words! They are seriously amazing, when it came to the big day they made sure I was only calm and everything was covered, I never had to worry about a thing which is an absolutely brides dream! Seriously, if they can fit you in .. BOOK IT!

Not only was the venue incredibly beautiful, clean, and spacious, but working with Mark and Amy was extremely easy! We booked the venue 14 months in advance and we had constant help and communication from management while picking the menu and all the details for our day. Our wedding day went super smoothly thanks to them and their wonderful team. I would recommend getting married at Louland Falls to anyone! Thanks again!

Beyond amazing venue and team

Mark, Amy and their team at Louland falls were beyond amazing and more than I could have ever needed. They made everything flow so easily and made sure all of my wants and needs were met. I would recommend louland falls to anyone who is looking for an amazing and beautiful venue and team!

Love this venue! Love their Staff!

First of all, this place is gorgeous! Every guest I spoke to that day and since, has commented on how beautiful the venue was—it was perfect!

But let’s talk staff, since this is where the real magic in this venue is. Mark was great to work with. He knows this industry in and out and was so responsive. Even when things were busy, there wasn’t a single email he did not respond to, not one phone he did not return. Plus, he was just fun to talk to.

Amy—godsend! She is so, so sweet and such a calming presence. Believe me, no matter how prepared you think you are for your big day, and even when things are going well, the emotions will get to you and Amy is very sensitive to that. Just having her calm in the room, is a blessing in and of itself. She also tried very hard to keep my dinner plate warm for me, but every time I sat down to eat, a guest would pull me away. But I so appreciated her thinking of me.

Honestly, I wish I knew the names of every staff member that worked that night. They were all professional, responsive, and polite. I did get to speak to the bar tender for a brief moment and she was so nice and so complimentary of how the night played out—which I really appreciated.

There may be a part of me that wants to get married again, just so I can return to this venue. 😜

We just wanted to reach out and say thank you again for all you did on our wedding day. Although the weather did not cooperate fully, we really appreciate everything you both did to make our day amazing and memorable. Among other things, we will not forget that you let us shift the ceremony start, opened the bar early, wiped off the chairs for the guests to allow us to have the ceremony at the arbor, pivot and breakdown tables to move the band inside.

We also received many compliments on the food and the venue. :)
